When you first load the game, your browser generates a unique player ID that is stored in your browser's localStorage. This ID is not tied to your real identity, but allows us to track your gameplay progress over time.

We collect limited analytics via secure AWS Lambda endpoints, including:

• Your player ID
• Origin of access (e.g., itch.io or thedailyspy.com)
• Last day you visited
• Puzzles completed
• Puzzle performance data (e.g., time taken, object find order)

3. Local Storage

All game save data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage.

4. Use of AI in Content Creation

Some game images are generated using AI. You may opt out of AI-generated content by disabling the "Show AI generated images" setting.

5. Cookies and Third Parties

We do not use third-party cookies or tracking. Your data is not shared or sold.

6. Data Retention

Player ID and analytics data are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion.

7. Data Security

All communication is over HTTPS. AWS Lambda endpoints are access-controlled.
